Who I am

This site is run by Ella Bee. Contact: systems@ellabee.io. I'm the person responsible for your data.

What I collect and why

• When you take the Business Systems Audit: your answers, your first name, your email, whether you ticked the email box, and where you came from (for example a link or QR code), your device type and the date. I use this to show you your results and, if we talk, to start from them. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in giving you the results you asked for and preparing for a call you may book.
• If you tick “The occasional email from Ella”: your name, email and audit summary go to my email tool so I can send you emails. The legal basis is your consent. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• When you book a call: Cal.com collects the details you enter on the booking form. If you book after taking the audit, your name and email are filled in for you.
• Analytics, only if you say yes: Google Analytics records which pages are visited and which buttons are pressed. No ads, and never your name, email or results link. The legal basis is your consent; you can change it any time with the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.

Who processes it for me

Supabase (database, EU servers in Ireland), Netlify (hosting), MailerLite (email, only if you opted in), Resend (sends me a notification when you finish the audit), Cal.com (bookings) and Google Analytics (only with consent). Some of these are based outside the EU; where they are, they use the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long I keep it

Audit results and contact details: 12 months from your last audit, unless you become a client. Email list: until you unsubscribe. Analytics: 14 months.

Your results stay on your screen

I don't email you your results or send you a link to them. While your tab is open, your results, first name and email are kept in your browser's session storage, so you can move around the site without losing them and the booking form can fill in your name and email. They're cleared when you close the tab.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, object to how I use it, or withdraw consent at any time. Email systems@ellabee.io and I'll reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your data protection authority.

Cookies and storage

One cookie remembers your cookie choice. Your results are held in session storage while your tab is open (see above). Google Analytics cookies are set only if you say yes.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes too.
